Find Your Flow, In Movement and in Life.

Flowing Indian is a movement lab. We weave together rope flow, ground flow, gada, mudgar and other flow arts so you can move better, feel lighter, and carry your practice into real life.

For urban movers, beginners and athletes who want sustainable, playful movement.

What Is Flowing Indian?

A space to explore flow in every form.

We play with rope flow, animal / ground flow, gada, mudgar and other indigenous tools. Each practice feeds the others — what you learn in one art translates into the next.

Our focus is simple: help you build a body that feels expressive, resilient and alive, without burning out or getting bored.

You don't have to "be fit" to start. You just need a little curiosity and a willingness to move.

The Philosophy

Flowing Indian was born from the realization that movement should connect—not fragment—the body. Instead of chasing intensity or aesthetics, the practice emphasizes flow, awareness, and transferability between disciplines.

Whether through rope, ground work, or strength-based movement, the goal is the same: to move with clarity, adaptability, and presence—on the mat and in life.

Questions You Might Have

Yes. You don't need a fitness background. We start with simple patterns and build slowly. The Hybrid Rope + a few minutes of practice is enough to begin.
Not really. If you can stand and stretch your arms out without hitting anything, you can practice. A small balcony, living room or terrace is usually enough.
Black Mamba is heavier and more grounded — better if you like a strong, slow feel and already move a bit. Hybrid Rope is lighter and more forgiving — ideal for beginners and as a daily "do-it-all" rope.
We start with a quick check-in on your body, goals and current routine. Then we guide you through patterns using rope, ground flow and other tools as needed, and leave you with a simple practice you can repeat on your own.
